The AdaPro SAP Business ByDesign Process Map for Signavio is a best-practice process library for 300 process building blocks in 39 end-to-end processes in the format for SAP Signavio. It is visible in the SAP One Process Acceleration Layer (OPAL).

This license allows customers for

1. Three modeling users and
   
2. Twenty portal users

to use the SAP Business ByDesign Process Map for Signavio for three months to accelerate their own project. The Signavio Licenses are not included and must be purchased separately. The expected added values are:

1. Comparison of the processes of SAP Business ByDesign with those of SAP S/4 HANA (by using the SAP OPAL content)

3. More precise process selection
4. Definition of workarounds for gaps
5. Clear scope of solution through process map

7. Acceleration of the configuration from process decisions

11. Data migration easily definable
12. Make risk assessment visible in the implications at go-live

Contract for the Use of „AdaPro Best Practices for SAP Business ByDesign Cloud ERP in SMB“ Knowledge Product („AdaPro Process Map“)This Contract ("Contract") is entered into on the date of acceptance by the customer ("Customer") and AdaPro ("Licensor").
1. License Grant. Licensor hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the AdaPro Process Map knowledge product, which includes a collection of process models in the format of SAP Signavio content, for a period of 3 months. The license is limited to use of the AdaPro Process Map content in the Customer's own SAP Signavio workspace and is limited to 3 modeling users and 20 portal users.
2. Permitted Use. The Customer is authorized to use the AdaPro Process Map content solely for the internal business operations and education purposes of the Customer's own company. The Customer may make modifications to the content in their own modeling environment, but such modifications shall remain the property of Licensor and may not be revealed to any other company.
3. Restrictions. The Customer shall not:
- Reveal the AdaPro Process Map content to any other company or third party,
- Use the AdaPro Process Map content for any purpose other than as explicitly permitted in this Contract,
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the AdaPro Process Map content or any part thereof,
- Sell, license, sublicense, distribute, transfer, or otherwise make available the AdaPro Process Map content to any third party.
4. Ownership. The Customer acknowledges that the AdaPro Process Map content is proprietary and confidential information of Licensor, and that Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the AdaPro Process Map content, including all intellectual property rights.
5. Termination. This Contract and the license granted hereunder will be extended for another 3 months automatically at the end of the 3-month period specified in this Contract, unless either party provides written notice of cancellation to the other party at least 30 days prior to the end of the initial contract period. Upon termination of this Contract, the Customer shall delete all AdaPro Process Map content from their SAP Signavio workspace and delete all other forms or incarnations of the same (like *.sgx files, pdf files) and provide Licensor with written confirmation of such deletion.
6. Audit Rights. Licensor has the right to audit the Customer's use of the AdaPro Process Map content upon reasonable notice to the Customer. The Customer shall provide Licensor with access to their SAP Signavio workspace for the purpose of conducting such audit, and shall cooperate fully with Licensor in any such audit.
7. Software Licenses. The Customer acknowledges that the AdaPro Process Map knowledge product only consists of the process models and that the licenses for the SAP Signavio software product, which is necessary to display and/or edit the process models, are not included in this Contract. The Customer is responsible for obtaining and maintaining the necessary software licenses from AdaPro or  SAP or any other authorized selling channel. 
8. Eligibility. This offer is only valid for end customers. It is not intended for SAP PartnerEdge Partners or for competitors of SAP or those working for them or those partnering with them. AdaPro reserves the right to reject any order without explanation, in which case the payment will be reimbursed and the customer invoice will be credited, and in this case the process library will not be delivered.
9. Governing Law. This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Licensor is located, which is Amtsgericht Ludwigshafen am Rhein, 67061 Ludwigshafen without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.
10. Entire Agreement. This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
11. Acceptance. The Customer agrees to the terms and conditions of this Contract by placing the order of the AdaPro Process Map knowledge product on CopeCart.
