Der innere Verhinderer,  der Bodyguard,  der Wachhund,  der Türsteher,  der Wächter,

der innere Saboteur, auch Sabotier genannt,  der Widerstand 

sind alles Begriffe für einen Schutzmechanismus in uns.  

Dieser Mechanismus ist darauf programmiert Schmerz zu vermeiden,  der will uns nichts Böses.  Gerade in Bezug auf Trauma ist das ein ganz wichtiger Mechanismus,  denn er sorgt dafür, dass unser System nicht überlastet wird.  

D.h. alles, was neu ist, ist fremd und potenziell gefährlich, weil es nicht kontrollierbar und einschätzbar ist. Dieser Mechanismus sorgt dafür, dass wir in unserer Komfortzone bleiben, die manchmal gar nicht so schön ist, aber zumindest ist sie bekannt und „bekannt“ wird von diesem Mechanismus als SICHER eingestuft. 

Bekannt = sicher - ist die Formel deines Schutzmechanismus.
