 Die Kniebeuge (engl: Squat) ist integraler Bestandteil des funktionalen Trainings. Neben der Körpergewichtsvariante (Air Squat) sind auch die durch den Einsatz von Langhanteln erschwerten Versionen der Kniebeuge hochpopulär. Wie etwa der Backsquat oder Frontsquat. In der Regel kann man Kniebeugen mit deutlich höheren Gewichten durchführen als man es umsetzen (Clean) oder stossen (Pushpress) könnte. Deshalb kann man nur mit einer geeigneten Hantelablage sein maximales Potenzial bei der Kniebeuge abrufen.

Der HD Kraftkäfig ist für den ambitionierten Einsatz konzipiert und verfügt über 2 Klimmzugstangen. An der vorderen Seite mit einem Griffdurchmesser von 30mm, an der hinteren Stange mit 50mm. Hier wird die Griffkraft zusätzlich gefordert.

Aufbaudimensionen: 142x125x210cm.

Die pulverbeschichtete Rahmenkonstruktion besteht aus 75mm x 50mm Vierkantrohren. Maximale Belastbarkeit liegt bei 450kg.
