Mit diesem Produkt erwerben Sie ein Nutzungs-Kontingent zur Verwaltung von bis zu fünf (5) Endkunden/Accounts innerhalb des Eagle AI Partner-Systems.

Leistungsumfang: Freischaltung eines Kontingents für maximal fünf (5) Endkunden/Accounts; pro Unteraccount ist ausschließlich ein (1) Endkunde zulässig. Nutzung der Plattformfunktionen und Zugriff auf systemseitige Tools gemäß aktueller Leistungsbeschreibung im Rahmen des Partnerprogramms.

Nutzungsrechte: Die Nutzung ist ausschließlich dem registrierten Vertragspartner gestattet.

Beschränkungen / Verbotene Nutzung: Weiterverkauf, Vermietung, Verpachtung oder sonstige entgeltliche oder unentgeltliche Überlassung des Kontingents oder einzelner Zugänge an Dritte ist ohne ausdrückliche schriftliche Genehmigung untersagt. Die Nutzung ist ausschließlich zur Verwaltung eigener Endkunden im Rahmen des Partnerprogramms erlaubt. Die Weitergabe von Zugangsdaten an unberechtigte Dritte sowie die Nutzung außerhalb der bereitgestellten Systemumgebung sind unzulässig.

Kontingentregelung: Ein Kontingent umfasst maximal fünf (5) gleichzeitig aktive Endkunden/Accounts. Die Anlage weiterer Endkunden ist nur nach Erwerb zusätzlicher Kontingente zulässig. Eine Umgehung der Kontingentbegrenzung ist untersagt.

Preise und Abrechnung: Preis 585 USD pro Monat zzgl. gesetzlicher Umsatzsteuer. Abrechnung erfolgt monatlich im Voraus. Freischaltung nach Zahlungseingang.

Laufzeit und Kündigung: Diese Vereinbarung wird ohne feste Mindestlaufzeit abgeschlossen und kann von beiden Seiten jederzeit unter Einhaltung einer Kündigungsfrist von drei (3) Monaten zum Monatsende gekündigt werden.

Nutzungsvoraussetzung: Die Nutzung ist nur bei aktiver und vollständig bezahlter Buchung zulässig. Dieses Produkt setzt eine bestehende Teilnahme am Eagle AI Partner-System voraus.

Sanktionen bei Verstößen: Bei Verstößen behalten wir uns vor, den Zugang vorübergehend oder dauerhaft zu sperren. Weitergehende Ansprüche, insbesondere auf Schadensersatz, bleiben vorbehalten.

Es sind keine Minuten- oder Gesprächsleistungen inkludiert; diese werden nach Verbrauch gemäß aktueller Preisstaffel abgerechnet, Änderungen jederzeit möglich.

With this product, you acquire a usage quota for managing up to five (5) end customers/accounts within the Eagle AI Partner System.

Scope of services: Activation of one quota for a maximum of five (5) end customers/accounts; only one (1) end customer is permitted per sub-account. Use of the platform functions and access to system tools in accordance with the current service description within the partner program.

Usage rights: Use is permitted exclusively to the registered contracting partner.

Restrictions / Prohibited use: Resale, rental, leasing, or any other paid or unpaid transfer of the quota or individual accesses to third parties is prohibited without explicit written permission. The system may only be used for managing your own end customers within the partner program. Sharing access data with unauthorized third parties and any use outside the provided system environment are prohibited.

Quota regulation: One quota includes a maximum of five (5) simultaneously active end customers/accounts. Adding additional end customers is only permitted after purchasing additional quotas. Any attempt to circumvent quota limitations is prohibited.

Pricing and billing: Price USD 585 per month plus applicable taxes. Billing is monthly in advance. Activation occurs after receipt of payment.

Term and termination: This agreement is concluded without a fixed minimum term and may be terminated by either party at any time with a notice period of three (3) months to the end of the month.

Usage requirements: Use is only permitted with an active and fully paid subscription. This product requires an existing participation in the Eagle AI Partner System.

Sanctions for violations: In the event of violations, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access. Further claims, in particular claims for damages, remain reserved.

No minutes or call services are included; these are billed based on usage according to the current pricing structure, subject to change at any time.
