Thinking Into Recovery

Thinking Into Recovery™ is a 12-week mindset transformation program designed for men in recovery who are ready to break old patterns and create lasting freedom from addiction. This system blends proven mindset principles from Bob Proctor and Arash Vossoughi with real-world recovery experience to help participants rebuild confidence, purpose, and identity from the inside out.

Instead of relying on willpower or trying to “fix” behavior on the surface, this program guides men through the deeper work that creates permanent change. Each week focuses on a core principle that rewires thinking, raises self-image, and strengthens the internal beliefs that drive results.

Inside the program, participants learn how to:
