START YOUR DAY ist eine 4-teilige Challenge, mit der du Schritt für Schritt eine Morgenroutine entwickelst, die wirklich zu dir, deinem Alltag und deinen Bedürfnissen passt.
Jeder Teil umfasst 5 Challenge-Tage von Montag bis Freitag. Das Wochenende bleibt bewusst frei – zum Nachholen, Reflektieren und Ausprobieren.
Das Besondere: Jeder der vier Teile wird einzeln gebucht. Du entscheidest nach jeder Woche selbst, ob du mit dem nächsten Teil weitermachen möchtest.
Die vier Teile bauen aufeinander auf: Teil 1 – Dein Morgen. Deine Entscheidung. Lerne deinen bisherigen Morgen besser kennen und lege die ersten Grundlagen für deine persönliche Morgenroutine.
Teil 2 – Ein guter Morgen beginnt am Abend. Entdecke, wie du bereits am Abend die Voraussetzungen für einen besseren Start in den nächsten Tag schaffen kannst.
Teil 3 – Move • Mind • Connect Finde heraus, welche Elemente dir morgens Energie, Ruhe und Zeit für dich schenken.
Teil 4 – Own Your Day Nimm das, was du für deinen Morgen entwickelt hast, mit in deinen Tag und finde deinen persönlichen Weg für die Zeit nach der Challenge.
